Announcements #015

  • Write for Beis Yitzchak, the YU Torah journal. Click on the image below for more details.

  • A website and fund have been set up in memory of Yonah Goldman, a'h, a 24-year old young man from Baltimore who was tragically killed in a car crash in Israel (to where he had made Aliyah) a couple of weeks ago. His final act was much how he lived his life: He pulled over by the side of the road to give a ride to a woman who was drenched. He took her [out of his way] to a gas station where she had shelter from the rain. As he was pulling out of the gas station, he was hit.He leaves behind a wife, Dina, and a baby boy, Benyamin Tzvi. His family and his parents' shul, Congregation Shomrei Emunah of Baltimore, have set up funds on their behalf. Please take a moment to read about Yonah and contribute if you can. There is also a Facebook group which has many pictures and stories from Yonah's life if you wish to read more about him.
